Annette Locchi – General Manager
Annette began her career in Sydney and Singapore, working across the hotel, technology and real estate sectors. This early exposure to diverse industries and high-growth businesses shaped the strategic approach she brings to marketing today.
That experience shaped how Success Marketing approaches digital marketing today.
After running a digital marketing agency in Sydney, the opportunity arose to bring that experience to Noosa, combining the lifestyle of the region with the growing demand for marketing expertise in tourism and accommodation.
Annette thrives on leaving clients feeling informed, educated and empowered to grow their businesses. She is passionate about brainstorming fresh ideas, guiding marketing strategy, managing deliverables and helping brands stay relevant and competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Emily Upritchard – Marketing Manager
Emily is an experienced digital marketer with strong expertise in digital strategy, social media advertising, Google Ads and campaign management. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from QUT, Emily brings over a decade of experience helping businesses grow through effective digital marketing.
As Marketing Manager at Success Marketing, Emily works closely with clients to develop and implement marketing strategies that generate real results. She oversees campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, search marketing and website optimisation, ensuring every activity aligns with each client’s broader business goals.
Emily has worked with a diverse range of industries including tourism, accommodation, retail, construction and hospitality, giving her a deep understanding of how different businesses attract and convert customers online.
Anna Marcu – Digital Marketing Specialist
Anna is a creative and detail-oriented marketer who supports the development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across a range of industries. At Success Marketing, she works across social media, content creation, campaign coordination and digital marketing implementation to help clients build stronger online visibility.
Originally from Sydney, Anna brings a fresh perspective and creative energy to the Sunshine Coast business community. She holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney and applies her training across multiple digital platforms to support effective marketing strategies.
With a strong eye for design and brand consistency, Anna focuses on creating campaigns that feel cohesive, engaging and aligned with each client’s identity. She enjoys exploring creative approaches that help brands stand out in a crowded digital landscape.
Abby Duggan –Â Marketing Administrator
Abby is a Sunshine Coast local and has called Noosa home for the past 15 years. Living and working in the region has given her a strong understanding of the Sunshine Coast community and a genuine familiarity with many local businesses and industries.
While new to the marketing space, Abby brings a passion for creativity, business aesthetics and creating engaging content. She particularly enjoys the social media side of marketing and exploring new ways businesses connect with their audience in authentic and visually appealing ways.
Abby’s background is primarily in retail and hospitality, where she developed strong communication skills, adaptability and a customer-focused mindset. She is excited to build on this foundation and continue learning and growing within the marketing industry.
